When are payouts?
Payouts are sent every Friday.
How long until my items are listed?
Items received by Monday morning will usually make it into that week’s 10-day auction block, starting Thursday and ending the following Sunday.
What is the benefit of a 10-day auction?
More days = more eyes!
The biggest benefit for us is ending on a Sunday night. Auctions can perform well on any day, but we’ve found that grouping hundreds of items together to end around the same time creates significantly more traffic across our eBay page.
Sunday nights have consistently worked best for us — more buyers are home, watching auctions, and ready to bid.
Is the consignment fee taken after eBay fees?
No! The payout rate you see is what you receive.
For example, if your item sells for $150 at an 89% payout rate, you receive $133.50. There are no additional eBay fees deducted from your payout.
Do you offer Buy It Now (BIN)?
We generally do not offer BIN.
For exceptionally high-value items ($5,000+), you may contact us to discuss whether a short-term BIN listing makes sense before sending the item to auction.
Am I responsible for returns, damaged items, or lost packages?
No. Once you've been paid, the money is yours. We will never ask you to return your payout.
STFGaming assumes responsibility for buyer returns, chargebacks, and items damaged or lost during shipment to the buyer. We handle those issues directly so you don't have to.
