STFGaming Consignment FAQ

When are payouts?
Payouts are issued every Friday.

What payout options are available?
We currently offer PayPal Friends & Family, Wise, and ACH. Venmo and Zelle are no longer available.

How long until my items are listed?
Items received by Monday morning are usually included in that week's 10-day auction block, which starts Thursday and ends the following Sunday.

What is the benefit of a 10-day auction?
Longer auctions provide more exposure and more time for buyers to discover and watch your items. Auctions end on Sunday, when buyer activity is typically strong. Having hundreds of items ending within the same auction block also helps drive traffic across our listings.

Is the consignment fee taken after eBay fees?
No. Our advertised rate is your final payout rate—there are no additional eBay fee deductions. For example, if your payout rate is 89% and your item sells for $150, you receive $133.50.

Do you offer Buy It Now (BIN)?
No. All consigned items are sold through auction.

Can I set a starting price for my auction?
No. All auctions start at $0.01.

Do you meet in person or accept drop-offs?
No. All consignments must be shipped to our mailing address. We do not offer in-person meetups or off-site drop-offs.

What items do you accept?
We currently accept:

  • Individual graded cards

  • Raw singles valued at $50+ each — most TCGs, no sports

We do not accept sealed products, lots, or graded packs.

How are raw cards listed by condition?
Raw cards are listed as Lightly Played (LP) or worse. We no longer list raw cards as Near Mint (NM).

What happens if an accepted raw card sells for under $50?
Raw cards selling for $0–$49.99 are subject to a $10 fee in addition to the applicable percentage rate. Raw cards selling for $50–$99.99 are subject to a $5 fee.

How do I track my items?
Every consignor receives a Google Sheet tracker, updated every weekday with the latest auction information.

Am I responsible for returns, damaged items, or lost packages after the sale?
No. Once you've been paid, your payout is yours. STFGaming handles post-sale issues with buyers, including returns and items damaged or lost during outbound shipping.

Can I withdraw my items after sending them?
An item may be withdrawn only if it has not yet been listed for auction. Withdrawn items are subject to the applicable consignment fee calculated using the item's market value, plus return shipping costs.

What happens if my item doesn't sell?
Items that receive no buyer activity may be relisted. If an auction receives no bids at its $0.01 starting price, it is treated as a $0.01 sale and paid out accordingly.

Do you offer phone consultations?
No. Consignment communication is handled through email so we can keep everything organized and documented. We're happy to answer any questions by email.

How do I update my contact or payout information?
Email consign@stfgaming.com with any changes or requests.

Can I bid on my own consigned items?
No. Bidding on your own items or otherwise engaging in shill bidding is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in active auctions being ended, remaining items being returned, and permanent suspension from consigning with STFGaming. You will remain responsible for applicable consignment fees based on the market value of the affected items, as well as return shipping costs.

This policy ensures fair auctions for buyers and consignors and protects the reputation of the STFGaming eBay account, established in 2010.

What should international consignors know?
International consignors are the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
